CIC "Stella" offers the turnkey realization of investment and construction projectsin the oil and gas industry under the EPC contact.

Under this approach CIC "Stella" performs the bulk of the investment and construction work of the project and assumes all risks for its implementation from the moment of the design and to the moment of transfer a facility to the customer (including the implementation of the warranty).

We practice an individual approach to drawing up the contract.

At this stage, our engineers determine the project parameters, defining the scope of required work, the risks, as well as grouping similar types of work for a better budget planning and calculation. As a result, engineers provide sufficiently detailed documentation to carry out further work. According to the FEED degree of maturity, can approach the work paper or can become a part of the detailed design.

At this stage the technical solutions are detailed, taken at the design stage, workshop drawings are compiled, local estimates are calculated, the specifications for equipment and materials are prepared, sketch and dimension drawings of the products.

Detailed design includes a schedule of work and cost estimates.

Company «Stella» has its own production facilities, which enables to supply the equipment of its own production facility. A wide range of manufactured equipment, allows us to solve problems of any complexity in any project. Our main goal - to maximize the effectiveness of the Customer investment! Thus «Stella» establishes contacts with suppliers all over the world. We perform a deep appreciation of the financial situation of the company before involving the supplier to the project, the quality of the equipment, the experience of the subcontractor.

Our company carries out selection of subcontracting companies or hiring own workforce for construction and installation works. The selection of sub-contractors occurs on the basis of assessment of the financial situation of the company, the quality and safety of services, similar experience. If there is a need for accelerated construction, we involve local staff to company staff. "Stella" company provides equipment commissioning, access to the declared figures, staff training.
